Customer Care Seminar

Wednesday 21st November 2007

Interested in learning about that initial step in attracting your customer, the importance of good customer care and how you can make a difference within your business?  Alison Kirkwood, an HR Specialist will deliver this seminar and will discuss the following topics:

  1. The sales environment: marketing for many businesses begins with the shop front.  Are your premises attractive and welcoming?
  2. The relationship between every employee and the sales figures.
  3. The people: "Just employ nice people" - is this enough?
  4. Standards of behaviour and training
  5. Communication: the importance of getting it right, whether you deal with clients by email, telephone, letter or face to face.
  6. Wow your customer: a surprise will be remembered for a long time, be it good or bad.  Ways to wow your customers with low cost, pleasing surprises.
